Dear Friends and Partners,

“The time is coming” is a phrase delivered by our Savior that is truly epic and should capture our awareness with the potential of promise and possibility. Literally, it means the day is coming. God’s timing is part of His sovereignty. He does not work reactively or unintentionally. He is a God who plans and prepares.

We are looking forward to spending some days together in October that are very much in God’s timing. The Fall Jewish Holy Days are very significant and include the Jewish New Year, The Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot. The Ingathering occurs during Sukkot again this year.

We have found that the Sukkot Ingathering is special in many ways. The sense of reunion is powerful and healing. We pray “His Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven.” All believers long for the moment when they will embrace those who have reached the Homeland before us. We long to see both those we have loved and those we know we would have loved. When His Kingdom comes on earth, it is that way among us. Reunion is a Kingdom reality - on earth as it is in Heaven.

The ingathering comes with great rejoicing. Again, in Heaven, we will not just be alone for times of praise. We will join the throngs around the Throne. It is Heavenly to gather together in Holy Spirit led praise and rejoicing. We arrange the chairs so we can see one another as we all look Heavenward. I can hardly wait for sessions of praise.

Renewal happens. Come believing for it and anticipating it. When His Kingdom is present all things become new. There is not only renewal but reclamation. Our father knows how to restore that which was lost. It is a good way to pray in preparation for the days of Sukkot Ingathering. Pray for the preaching of the Word and for obedience to His Holy Spirit as He moves and speaks among us. These will be key ways He will touch and change hearts for eternity.

It is notable that we are now in the Hebrew month of Elul. These are days of repentance and preparation for the High Holy Days of the next Hebrew month which includes Sukkot. This is certainly no coincidence. Now is the time to prepare our hearts to meet together with God for His purposes. It is a time to forgive and ask for forgiveness. It is a time of repentance. Both John and Jesus cried for repentance, saying the “Kingdom of God was at hand”. He desires to bring His Kingdom among us. The days of preparation are key for the coming of His domain in our midst.

We experience His Kingdom in community in ways that are intentionally unique, and different from the sacredness of the prayer closet. Revival comes in community. “The time is coming.” These are days for which we long. The Sukkot Ingathering are days that are coming. We come together, not only for ourselves but for others. It is good to carry an awareness that there are those who need me. It is why we are commanded in this way.

Let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hebrews 10:24-25 NKJV

I believe the Lord will be among us and I truly hope you will as well.

Be blessed. Be encouraged! See you soon.

We were like those who dreamed…
— Psalm 126:1

July 23, 2025

Dear Saints, greetings in the name of Jesus!

Last year’s Sukkot Ingathering in Plainfield was like a dream come true! What an honor it was to join Pastor Jerry and all of those present as we watched the Holy Spirit move freely among us. He came right down into the midst of His people—and it was truly one of the highlights of my life. Much like in Psalm 126, there was great joy, laughter, and celebration because their long-awaited dream had come true.

Psalm 126 is one of the Psalms of Ascent—a song sung by the Jewish people as they made their way to Jerusalem, especially during the Feast of Sukkot. It celebrates the end of captivity, when chains fell from their wrists and they were free to return home—to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and see the temple restored. Hallelujah!

And as you may recall, the prophet Haggai declared concerning the 2nd temple, “The glory of this latter house shall be greater than the former” (Haggai 2:9). Zechariah added, “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord of Hosts (Zechariah 4:6). Even though the second temple seemed small in comparison to Solomon’s, God promised it would carry greater glory—because His Spirit would fill it.

The dream and the heart of God that began at Sukkot 2024 continues into Sukkot 2025. Just as the returning exiles sang in celebration of a new beginning, chain-breaking freedom, and restored worship—so do we—with joyful anticipation for what lies ahead this October!

I believe we are standing in a similar moment—when the dreams of God are becoming the fulfilled dreams of His people. We are awakening to a season of restoration, rebuilding, and renewal. Like those ancient pilgrims, we too are ascending—moving toward the place of promise, not by might, not by power, but by His Spirit, declaring that the glory of the latter house shall be greater than any glory we have experienced before!

As we gather for Sukkot 2025 in Plainfield, Indiana, we come as the redeemed—drawn together to witness God do a new thing.

This is more than a spiritual feast.
It is a prophetic fulfillment.
A season where long-held dreams begin to take shape.
Where hope is reborn.
Where glory returns.
And where the dreams of men, conceived in the heart of God, come to life.

It is my privilege to join with you in the expectancy of Sukkot 2025—ready for the wonder, the surprise, and the joy of seeing God’s dream revealed in and through us, together again.

We are like those who dream…
